Troy Alexander
Troy has lived on Vancouver Island since 1974 and has been in Victoria since 1992. Troy has an extensive knowledge of the Vancouver Island real estate market and is a sound choice to provide you with all your mortgage options.
Troy joined VERICO Select Mortgage in May of 2005 after spending 11 years in the lending and banking industry. During his career, Troy has earned his Personal Financial Planner (PFP) Specialist in Financial Counseling (SFC) and Accredited Mortgage Professional (AMP) designations. As a seasoned mortgage consultant with integrity, honesty and dependability, Troy is well equipped to share his extensive knowledge and experience with his clients.
Troy is a Charter Member and Past President of the Rotary Club of Royal Oak Centennial. He is currently an Assistant Governor for Rotary District 5020 and was recently awarded with the Rotary International Four Avenues of Service Citation for his outstanding achievement and ongoing support for the object of Rotary. He is the Past-President of the Lambrick Park Parent Advisory Committee and a former member of the School Planning Council. As a supporter of the BC SPCA, Canadian National Institute for the Blind (CNIB), Shelterbox Canada, United Way of Greater Victoria, and World Vision Canada, you will see him at many fund raising events around Victoria.
Bruce MacLeod
Bruce joined VERICO Select Mortgage in May of 2005 after 31 years in the banking industry, with 16 of those years spent as a Bank Manager.
Bruce has been personally involved in the sale and financing of thousands of properties including: residential homes, new home construction, commercial properties, investment properties and development projects. Bruce now shares this wealth of experience with his clients, many of whom return to him again and again for their financing needs. He is highly respected in the local community and as a professional is able to arrange quality financing for you.
Bruce is a Charter Member of the Oceanside Rotary Club and is a current board member of Victoria Crime Stoppers. He is also a supporter of the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Victoria and Shelterbox Canada.
